The main brush structure consists of 8 cylindrical side brushes, 1 cylindrical bottom brush, and contour brushes, enabling 360-degree brushing of the bottle's outer surface (including the shoulder and mouth), ensuring the empty bottle rotates at least 1080 degrees during the external washing process.
Made of 304 stainless steel, with a square tube welded structure; the power structure is at least 3mm thick. The mechanical transmission device uses corrosion-resistant bearings and chains. The transmission structure must be equipped with guardrails and have an automatic clutch function to prevent damage to the bottle or structural components under abnormal conditions.
